There are three measurements to check before ordering: the product’s dimensions, its net weight and the size and weight of the parcel. Each answers a different question.
Net weight and gross weight are different
Net weight is the supplier-listed product weight without packaging. Gross weight includes packaging. If a listing gives only gross weight, do not use that number as the product’s weight or estimate the missing value by subtracting a guess.
For Sili-119-a, the catalog lists 33 kg (about 72.8 lb) net and 43 kg (about 94.8 lb) gross. The difference matters when planning how to receive the package and where to unpack it.
Read the units before comparing
Product heights are listed in centimeters, with inch equivalents where available. Kilograms and pounds describe weight. The pound values below are conversions of supplier-listed weights, rounded to one decimal place.

These models have the same listed height but different weights. Height is not a reliable shortcut for estimating weight. Compare the specifications of the exact SKU.
Measure the space and the delivery route
- Measure the area where the product will be stored, allowing room to move it in and out.
- Ask for the packed length, width and height. Product height does not tell you the carton dimensions.
- Check doorways, turns, stairs and any elevator on the route to the unpacking area.
- Decide how you will handle the parcel and product safely. Arrange help or suitable handling equipment if needed.
A shorter product or torso can still have substantial weight. When a torso listing lacks a measurement you need, ask for it before choosing.
Check the delivery arrangement
Share your ZIP code and any access constraints with ADA before ordering. Ask about the carrier, signature requirement and where the parcel will be delivered. Do not assume an in-home or upstairs delivery service is included.
Keep the supplier’s handling and storage instructions. If the parcel arrives damaged, retain the packaging and label and contact us with clear photographs before using or repairing the item.
