Local preview: final return eligibility, claim periods and refund arrangements must be confirmed before ADA accepts live orders.
Before your order is confirmed
You can change quantities or remove products from your cart. The cart and an inquiry do not create a confirmed order. Review the written cancellation, return and warranty terms for your SKU before committing to an order.
Cancellation after confirmation
Contact ADA promptly with your order reference and SKU. Cancellation options depend on whether processing or dispatch has started, the terms supplied before purchase and applicable consumer rights. Ask for any cancellation charges before confirming the order.
Incorrect, damaged or missing items
Inspect the parcel and contents promptly. Keep the original packaging and label, and provide a description of the issue with clear photographs. For missing deliveries, include the tracking number. Avoid using, modifying or attempting to repair a damaged product until the next steps are agreed.
Return instructions
Contact us before shipping anything back. Obtain written confirmation of eligibility, the correct return address, required packaging and who pays the return postage. Do not send a return to the warehouse or sender address without instructions. The condition and hygiene requirements for a return must be disclosed before ordering; do not assume that opened or used goods are eligible.
Assessment and refunds
Once the issue is assessed, any agreed repair, replacement or refund will be documented in your conversation. Refund timing and method must be confirmed for the actual payment arrangement. This website does not collect online payments. These support steps do not limit rights that apply under consumer law.
