ADA offers a US stock catalog for the contiguous United States. Confirm your SKU and ZIP code with us before placing an order.
Delivery area and warehouse stock
The current service area is the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are outside this scope. US stock reflects the latest supplier inventory update; it does not reserve a unit or guarantee a dispatch date.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates
Before an order is accepted, confirm the available quantity, handling time, carrier, estimated transit time, shipping charge and any applicable taxes or other charges. Your cart subtotal covers products only. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided for your selected SKU and address before order confirmation.
Packaging and recipient details
Ask us to confirm discreet outer packaging, label information and signature requirements for your selected SKU. Check the recipient name, full street address, ZIP code and carrier access requirements before dispatch.
Tracking and delivery changes
Request the carrier name and tracking number once dispatch is confirmed. A label being created is different from carrier acceptance. If the expected shipment date changes, contact ADA to agree on the next step, including applicable cancellation or refund options.
Receiving your parcel
Check the packaging and item promptly. Keep the shipping label, packaging and clear photographs if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect. Contact us before returning or attempting to repair an item.
